Halloween Weekend~

I did not have the traditional Halloween weekend that I am use to. 

 Instead I spent the weekend in Chicago...

It was absolutely gorgeous out!  This is the view from my room...

overlooking Wacker and State Street and a beautiful view of 

the Chicago River.

My favorite Hotel in Chi-Town...The only place I stay when 

I come here...Especially because most of the time I stay is when I am going to Chicago Theater.

Which is another place I feel like home at...I probably go there at least 4 times a year.....

This is a picture of the Wrigley Building...Built in 1920 and still the headquarters for

Wrigley Gum...

Amazing, isn't it...

I hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween...I will

actually be going to a concert Halloween Night and 

I have a feeling it may be a little crazy...Hopefully I may

capture some of it in pictures...

More Fall Right out My Back Door...

It has been gorgeous out here. 

Every chance I get I 

try to do something to enjoy it.. 

Time seems to go by so fast and before we know it...

We will be carving Turkey's and putting up the 

Christmas Tree...But for now...Enjoy Fall.

Everyday seems to be prettier than the next during

this month of October..

The days are starting to get shorter 

The evenings cooler... 

And the shades of autumn a little bit deeper... 

Nature's transformation from summer to fall, is awe-inspiring.

Something I believe everyone should see and enjoy...

of course as the day gets closer my husband will start

The Sights I See...

I hope you all are enjoying your fall...

It has been absolutely beautiful in the Midwest the last week.

I'm sure I have mentioned this before but I live right along a river

It is so beautiful in the fall.... 

I never seem to be able to get enough pictures,

so I'm sure I will be posting many more over the next few weeks. 

The colors are amazing, oh how I wish these color changes lasted

longer than just a couple weeks... 

I love the reflection of the trees in the water...

I feel so lucky that I can walk out my door & have access

to such beauty....
